Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had a nice deck facing the pool, but unfortunately, mosquitoes were a big issue. The service from staff members like Marlen, David, and Andres was exceptional, offering assistance in various ways. The location was convenient, close to lovely beaches, but being in the rainforest also posed challenges with tides and ocean conditions. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the brewed coffee could have been better.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially with the private terrace overlooking the pool, but the mosquito issue was a downside. The room had a good size and featured a small fridge, making it convenient. The service was incredible overall, although there were some hiccups with room decoration permissions. The location was fantastic for exploring the nearby empty beaches and the rainforest ambiance. The dining experience was just okay, with the brewed coffee needing improvement. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for enhancement.
